User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Pricing and Availability

Hotel prices and availability are provided in real-time by our partners and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information displayed is error-free. In rare cases of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected bookings and issue a full refund.

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program allows you to earn points on bookings. Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed as discounts on future bookings through our platform. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any issues with hotel accommodations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any accommodation.
